Exploring T-Drones - Advanced Aerial Solutions with VA25 and VA32

Designed to withstand moderate weather, the VA32 offers stable operation in windy environments and cruises at around 20–22 meters per second, with a top speed of about 38 meters per second. Its high-altitude performance and wide temperature range make it suitable for use across various terrains and climates.

The VA32 incorporates a robust power system with a customized Power Management Unit and multi-channel UBEC modules for stable voltage distribution. It is also equipped with dual flight control backup power for enhanced mission safety. The drone typically uses high-capacity 6S lithium-ion batteries to maximize endurance. Its spacious internal cabin supports a wide array of modular payloads, including high-resolution cameras, LiDAR sensors, specialized electronics, and cargo systems. This makes the VA32 highly versatile across industries such as infrastructure inspection, precision agriculture, long-range mapping, and public safety.

In comparison, the VA25 is a more compact VTOL platform designed for missions that require long endurance with lighter payloads. With a 2.5-meter wingspan and 1.56-meter fuselage length, this drone is constructed from carbon fiber and lightweight PVC composite, resulting in a frame weight of less than 3.5 kg. It offers a maximum take-off weight of 13 kg and a payload capacity of up to 2 kg, though it achieves optimal endurance of approximately 210 minutes with a 1 kg payload.

The VA25 shares many design features with its larger counterpart, including rapid tool-free assembly in under three minutes, a high-efficiency T-MOTOR propulsion system, and a locking propeller design that improves aerodynamic stability while reducing energy loss. It is capable of operating in wind levels up to Level 6 and offers an IP55 protection rating for dust and water resistance. The drone cruises at 80–90 kilometers per hour, with maximum speeds reaching 120 kilometers per hour, and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from –15 °C to +50 °C. It supports modern flight control systems like PIXHAWK or CUAV and is powered by dual Ares 6S 30 Ah lithium-ion batteries.

The VA25 is ideal for rapid-response operations, reconnaissance, environmental monitoring, or extended patrols where weight, endurance, and setup speed are critical. Though lighter and smaller than the VA32, it maintains a robust design and reliable flight characteristics, making it well-suited for field use.

Together, the VA32 and VA25 represent the dual strengths of T‑DRONES’ UAV architecture: modular construction, high structural integrity, smart power systems, and mission-specific adaptability. The VA25 caters to operations demanding agility, speed, and ease of use, while the VA32 is purpose-built for heavy-lift, long-duration applications where endurance and payload capacity are key.
